@muzicluva000 It doesn’t have a taste. It takes on the taste of what you cook it with. Did you rinse them well first?

@sOme1elseinside try an asian market if you have one near you and they don’t always put the name in english so you might have to find them by sight. They are always in a bag filled with water and usually refrigerated.

Not sure what your packages say about how long to rinse but mine said 10-15 secs which didn’t get rid of the fishy taste so I rinse for about 5-10 mins and then actually let the noodle boil, drain, and dry with a hand towel. Doing it this way, there was absolutely no fishy taste to the noodles whatsoever.

Sounds like a great recipe. But, for starters i would start off heating the EVOO in the pan then cooking down the zucchini & mushrooms w/ the garlic, salt pepper to taste.
That way the veggies soak up the flavor. Then add your turkey & then ur sauce.

You’ll find that the it’ll all cook up alot better. Been watching my Dad, Mom, every Aunt & Uncle (All from the Bronx) cook since I was a kid & thats how they do.
BUON APPETITO !

Just my 2 cloves :)
