Are you a pasta lover who wants to lose weight? Lets face it, if you love pasta, it can be hard to lose weight. 1 cup of pasta is around 200 calories and, if youre a pasta lover like me, you dont stick to just 1 lousy cup of pasta! No way! You probably eat two cups of pasta in one sitting thats 400 calories right there. Add in sauce and cheese and youre talking a heck of a lot of calories for one meal! Youre not going to lose weight by eating that much food. @PunisherPlaythroughs No, they don’t like pasta. They don’t have any taste and take on the flavor off the sauce. The texture is more like noodles than pasta.

Ew, I can’t get past the taste/smell. Disgusting, disgusting noodles. It’s like rubber bands covered in slime, and it tastes like fish. Gross.
