@younes0807 You are as WRONG as the day is long. It’s ALL about the carbs, WHEAT IS MURDER!! Carbs can kill you just as dead as not eating protein & fats will kill you, whereas not eating carbs at all, or eating very small amounts of carbs will actually make you healthier. This is an established scientific fact that’s taught in every physiology & medical textbook and is UN-debatable, except by morons.

It’s not about the carbohydrates.
It is about the refined sugars, oils but mostly about the toxic burden, and the inability to detoxify which is based on a genetic predisposition.
