Staying slim is a challenge.Even more so when eating out, especially at an italian restaurant. Italian food is one of my favorites but I choose to be sensible by ordering low carb foods and then maybe tasting someones pizza or pasta dish. Order something like Muscles or smoked salmon on the appy menu, a clear/tomatoe/cheese based soup (skip the noodles) a side of veggies or a big vinaigrette salad. I had the chicken marsala, soup and shared a salad. . Its all about balance. I later had a glass of wine as a splurge. If you are staying at a hotel, take advantage of the gym facility early in the morning so you have a great start to your day.

Salt on anchovies? Raise your blood pressure much? This must help you get thin by acting as food aversion therapy. Eat enough stuff like this and you’ll develop a fear of eating.

Parmesan cheese is actually really healthy due to the fact you need very little and has the least fat.
